Otters
Wildlife Photography Hides, Pond Hide 14th August 2026
An overnight visit to the Pond Hide where I have shot may Kingfishers. Over night we had two visits from an Otter, each time it was there for around 15 minutes, the first visit around 11pm, the next 2am.The Pond was equipped with four flash guns on the corners. In hindsight I should have thought to use a polarising filter to reduce the refections from the wet coat of the Otter. Next time perhaps.
