Wimpole Hall Christmas Light Walk

December 4th, Wimpole Hall, Cambridgeshire

I visited this event last year and was returning as I had been very impressed. This year it seemed to focus around 4 or 5 set pieces from different “Partners”, there were a lot of neon tube lights and very little Christmas. Overall I was disappointed although the House and laser show was very good. The images below are in the order of the walk, from the entrance to the House and then the woods/gardens.

From a photography perspective, neon lights and darkness meant a huge range of light so most images were exposed to keep the highlights and then the shadow and exposure boosted to recover the rest of the image. A couple of the picture have had Denoise AI used on them.
