I visited the Barbican in London as part of a Photowalk organised by Andrew Newson. I attended Andrews Introduction and Intermediate Fuji courses a number of years ago and had been on several of his London walks as well. What particularly attracted me to this was its focus on the Barbican and as part of that entrance to Londons second largest Conservatory situated in the roofline’
The group met at Moorgate Station with approximately an hour before the Conservatory visit.
I had decided to keep my images to Black and White, (other than one flower), as that suits the harsh architecture of the place. The Conservatory itself was good to have seen, but not on a “I must visit it again” list. It was a good day with an interesting group of people, many who knew each other from Andrews other courses.
