Rutland Falconry Centre

The visit to the Rutland Falconry Centre, was a stop over on the way up to Staffordshire for our Monday , Kingfisher shoot. Robbie and I had been looking for a break in the journey on the Sunday afternoon and we went via Rutland. The falconry Centre had seen better days. The birds looked healthy but the cages looked old and the pathways and surroundings were waterlogged and muddy. We attempted some photography but the close mesh on the cages precluded inequality shots.
